On October 13th members of the PDA 7th District Chapter endorsed candidate E. Wayne Powell.
Mr. Powell is challenging Rep. Eric Cantor for the House of Representatives in the Virginia 7th District; the district currently includes part of the City of Richmond, Henrico County, northern Chesterfield County and other rural areas including Mineral, Virginia the epicenter of the August earthquake.
